I have never cried during a film, however watching The Seventh Seal for the first time, I consistently found myself tearing up to what is now the greatest film I have ever seen.

The film was good in many areas, including the cinematography and set, the powerful acting, and poetic dialogue, however I don’t believe any of that is what made this movie “great.” This film is great because of its message.
